But… his e-mails!
The New York Times today published a treasure trove of e-mails between Trump Dirty Trickster and Richard Nixon tattoo canvas Roger Stone and operators within the Donald Trump presidential campaign indicating Stone’s desire to be a go-between between WikiLeaks and the hacked DNC e-mails.
Emails obtained by The New York Times provide new insight into those connections, as well as efforts by Roger J. Stone Jr., a longtime informal adviser to President Trump and political operative, to seek funding through the campaign for his projects aimed at hurting (Hillary) Clinton.
According to the Times, Stone crowed via e-mail about his knowledge of what lay ahead for the Clinton campaign.
Oct. 2, 2016 @rogerjstonejr: “Wednesday @HillaryClinton is done.”
Oct. 3, 2016 @rogerjstonejr: “I have total confidence that @wikileaks and my hero Julian Assange will educate the American people soon. #LockHerUp”
That got the attention of Matthew Boyle, Washington editor of Dead Andy’s old website, Breitbart.com.

Stone told Boyle that he had been trying to get in touch with walking cold sore Steve Bannon, but with no success. Boyle reached out to Bannon to try to light a fire of interest under him.

Nope. Assange did not cut a deal with the Clintons to keep the e-mails secret. Stone used his following e-mails to Bannon to pimp the tired Bill Clinton Love Child conspiracy.

Tell Rebecca to send us some $$$
IOW, Stone wanted money to help push this nonsense. According to the Times, the “Rebecca” he refers to may have been Rebekah Mercer, a wealthy Republican donor close to Mr. Bannon. There is no indication that Mr. Bannon replied to him or sought out Ms. Mercer, and it is unclear whether Mr. Stone’s solicitation, alone, violated federal election laws. Mr. Stone said he was referring to a campaign targeting African-American voters.
Watch for indictments coming as soon as Wednesday, following the election. Get your popcorn ready now.
